IN-STORE RETURN POLICY

RETURNS & EXCHANGES. For Eligible Items purchased In-Store, Exchanges or Returns are accepted within 30 Days of the original purchase with a Valid Receipt. Full Refund is available for Defective items only. All other items will be Exchange or Store Credit.

ELIGIBLE ITEMS. The following items: Comics (Raw or Graded), TCGs (Sealed or Singles), Trade Paperbacks, Manga, Clearance/Final Sale, Perishables, and/or Gift Cards are Not Eligible for Return/Exchange.

CONDITION OF ITEMS. With the exception of items that were damaged or defective previous to purchase, items must be in New, Unused, and Saleable condition with all original packaging intact/sealed and tags attached.

FORM OF PAYMENT. Defective Full Refunds, if issued, will be given in the original form of tender unless otherwise stated. All other refunds are given in the form of Store Credit. Exchanges can be done at any store, but it is advised to return to the original location of purchase.
